ArchiveOne Enterprise boasts a transparent end user experience with a seamless integration to Outlook and Outlook Web Access (OWA). End users can access archived data from their Outlook or OWA folders, even when offline, and in the event that an archived message is deleted, they can search the archive from an integrated web-based search portal. Further, end users can access archived message from mobile devices like smart phones giving them anywhere – anytime access to their data.

ArchiveOne Enterprise is also easy for administrators. Most customers are installed, configured and ready to archive in 1 day and many often refer to it as a “set it and forget it” solution. It flexible architecture is hardware agnostic and its counterpart, ArchiveOne Enterprise Cloud, provides cloud storage, with an on-premise server, allowing administrators to optimize their storage environment while maintaining control of the software itself.
