1.  Hosted Cloud Email data is archived directly to a public (Amazon S3) or private cloud
2. CloudDR Email data is archived to on-premise storage and a secondary copy is maintained in a hosted cloud (private or public, Amazon S3) for disaster recovery
3. On-Premise Email data is archived to on-premise repositories.
